They govern all the necessary steps for booking and its management between the contracting parties. By agreeing to reserve our services, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the conditions of the reserved rate, accessible on our booking platform. These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all reservations made online through our platform.

2. Rates :
The rates offered on our website are highly competitive. All rates displayed on Theranch.ma are per room for the entire duration of the stay. They include VAT and exclude city taxes..

3. Reservation :
The customer selects from the services available on our booking platform. They confirm having read the details, destination, and reservation terms for the services offered on our site, and have obtained all necessary information to make an informed reservation. The customer bears the responsibility for their service choices, ensuring their relevance to their needs, and we cannot be held liable in this regard. The reservation is considered accepted by the customer at the end of the reservation process.

4. Reservation Process :
Customer reservations are made via an online booking form available on our platform. The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of the form. Before finalizing the reservation, the customer must fill in the required information on the form. The customer certifies the accuracy of the provided information. Once the services to be reserved are chosen, the reservation process involves entering credit card information for guarantee or prepayment, accepting the general terms and conditions of sale and the selected rate's terms before final validation by the customer.

5. Reservation Confirmation :
Our booking platform immediately sends a confirmation email to the customer after the reservation. The confirmation email summarizes the contract details, reserved services, rates, as well as the sales conditions related to the chosen rate, accepted by the customer. It also includes the reservation date, information about the after-sales service, and the address of our establishment where the customer can address any potential claims.

6. Payment Procedure :
Our website allows customers to directly reserve and securely transmit their banking information to us during the reservation process. Your stay will be billed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD). However, the price displayed in any other currency is for indicative purposes only. Please note that the amount stated in your reservation confirmation includes VAT.

7. Payment Methods :
To make your payment by credit card, you can choose from the options provided on our website Theranch.ma during the completion of your Order Form (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, cmi, etc.). In this case, the transaction will be debited from your account the day following the confirmation of delivery. Your credit card payment is secured by Maroc Telecommerce, offering a fully secure payment service. The Client guarantees to The Ranch Company that they have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method when validating the Order Form. In the case of payment by credit card, the provisions regarding fraudulent use of the payment method, as stipulated in the agreements between the Client and the card issuer, also apply between The Ranch Company and its banking institution.

8. Cancellation Policy :
For non-refundable bookings: No refunds, modifications, or cancellations are possible.
For flexible bookings:
• Guests who cancel 7 days or more before 11 :59 PM (Moroccan time) on the day of arrival will not be charged.
• Guests who cancel less than 7 days before 11 :59 PM (Moroccan time) on the day of arrival (or do not show up) will be charged 50% of the booking amount, with a minimum charge of one night.
• Refunds are processed only in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).

9. Force Majeure :
The term "force majeure" encompasses any event external to the parties involved, unforeseeable and insurmountable, preventing the client or the establishment from fulfilling all or part of their contractual obligations. Events commonly recognized as force majeure or fortuitous events by the jurisprudence of French Courts and Tribunals are included in this definition. In the event of non-performance of their obligations resulting from a force majeure event, neither party shall be held liable to the other. It is expressly agreed that force majeure suspends the execution of the parties' reciprocal obligations, and each party shall bear the costs arising from this situation.

10. Dispute Resolution :
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of the country where the establishment is located, without prejudice to any imperative protective provisions that may be applicable in the consumer's country of residence.

11. Entirety :
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the terms of the rate reserved by the customer, and the reservation form or request, express the entire obligations of the parties. No general or specific condition provided by the customer can modify these General Terms and Conditions. The documents forming the contractual basis, ranked in descending order of priority, are the reservation form or request (including the specific terms of the reserved rate) and these General Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the reservation form and the General Terms and Conditions, only the provisions of the reservation form will apply for the relevant obligation. The online General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be modified and/or supplemented at any time by our establishment. In this case, the updated version will be published online. Upon publication, the new version will automatically apply to all customers.
